Primary Role

The primary role involves in SEO/SEM/ASM & Social media activities for both Texo and Texo’s client in alignment with Texo business strategies.

Be a talent SEO & Social Media Specialist who can respond the assigned tasks with excellent work, amazing creativity, high productivity and best quality measured by the customer. And play a good team member who is trusted, responsible, respective, supportive and accepts the challenges to gain the defined goals.

It is just more than marketing executive activities, you will be encouraged to provide input into the marketing strategy, look and feel to make the product better, give the constructive feedbacks/support to the team and the customer by involving to all activities of marketing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Report to Software Engineering Manager of Texo Design
  • Implement Google AdWords – including bid optimization, ad creative split testing, creation of campaigns, keyword research and reporting capabilities
  • Implement Google Analytics – including website traffic, engagement, setting up conversions etc.
  • Implement Google Tag Manager – tracking all campaign metrics, such as conversions, engagement etc .
  • Implement SEO tactics and strategies – HTML (meta tags, image tags etc), organic keyword research, on/off page optimization techniques, SEO best practices (aligning with our own and/or client internal SEO philosophy), etc.
  • Managing the social media marketing strategy – focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube
  • Posting several Facebook/ Twitter/YouTube/Google+/LinkedIn posts and finding new ways to leverage these social media channels for professional and business purposes.
  • Creates, manages business presence on Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
  • Execution of all social media activities -including tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc.
  • Building a strong presence on Google+ for each client, making the most of SEO tricks to help our clients get ahead.
  • Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform.
  •  Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social media, content/ PR plans.
  • Develop creative concepts for online media such as graphics, videos and emails;
  • Analyze social media page performance and make appropriate adjustments to reach social media performance goals
  • Responsible for developing social content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, pins, tweets, animation, photo, videos.
  • Manage the development of social and web content lifecycle, including strategy, conception, identification/curation, writing, editing and publishing
  • Be an active member of targeted groups, forums, portals, social media channels or other online marketing channels, join conversation and ensure regular dissemination of campaign messages through social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.);
  • Provide social media assistance in cases of negative public commentary and/or social media communication crises
  • Identify and leverage new social media platforms and analytic programs and adjust social media strategy as necessary.
  • Develop skills on Photoshop & Illustration and can use it to support your Marketing activities
  • Develop Reports for Manager & Top Management
  • Work with fast release cycles without compromising on quality
  • Work effective with diverse and cross projects team, and stakeholders
  • Be productive to identify the risk, issue, problem and concern  with the suggested solutions
  • Work flexible to tight deadlines, under pressure and extra hours
  • Work on other duties as assigned

Job Requirement
To be successful in this role, you SHOULD HAVE the following experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing/Public Relationship/Community Management
  • Excellent written /oral in English and interpersonal, communicate skills
  • SEO – A deep understanding HTML (meta tags, image tags etc), organic keyword research, on/off page optimization techniques, and SEO best practices
  • Strong experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram…
  • Good knowledge of Social Media current best practices and understanding of Social Media processes
  • Proficient knowledge of SEO/SEM/ASM & social media strategy, planning options and the media role in integrated communication.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills, good working attitude and customer oriented
  • Strong self-motivated, results oriented, self-organize and prioritize
  • Be passionate with producing quality code, thoroughly tested and optimized
  • Be passionate with the new technologies, and eager to learn and exchange to others
  • Be passionate for life with great sense of humor
  • At least +2 year experience in SEO/SEM/ASM & social media or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google AdWords – including bid optimization, ad creative split testing, creation of campaigns, keyword research and reporting capabilities
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics – the ability to understand basic elements such as website traffic, engagement, setting up conversions etc.
  • Google Tag Manager – a basic understanding is required to help track all campaign metrics, such as conversions, engagement etc .
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, and publishing content online
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet systems such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting purposes
